Onion, Garlic,
Vegetable Oil, Salt, Cardamom, Cumin, Pepper.

Basmati Rice 1 kg (8-10 Portions)
Lamb or Chicken Meat
1.8 ltr water (Chicken) and 2 ltr (Lamb)
2 Teaspoons Salt
How To Cook :
Boil the water until it
boiling then add the Lamb(Mutton) or Chicken along with
Mandhi Rice Seasoning and salt, after the meat is tender, lift and drain,
after that apply with butter and then roasted, then add then add basmati rice to boiling broth, stir thoroughly then cover
tightly and reduce the heat until cooked,then Mandhi rice is ready to served.
