Oolong roasted is one of the three mandatory variants of tea that are commonly used in tea shops or milk tea. The aroma of oolong is strong, coupled with the delicious and toasty taste and aroma of roasted tea, perfect for making milk tea

The benefits of Oolong tea include: it contains high antioxidants, improves the body's metabolism and helps speed up fat burning. It can help lower cholesterol levels, as well as lower blood sugar levels in the body. It is good for dental and bone health, and can help boost immunity.

Brewing method:
1. Bring 250ml of hot water to a boil.
2. Put 2 tsp (5grams) in boiling water, brew for 5-10 minutes to get a tea with a strong taste.
3. Strain the tea grounds, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the tea, stir until evenly distributed.
4. Fill a 750ml martini shaker with ice cubes until 1/3 of the shaker is filled with ice cubes.
5. Add 2 tbsp creamer/ non-diary creamer to the martini shaker.
6. Put the sweetened tea solution into the martini shaker, shake for 10 seconds.
7. The shaker serves to add air to the tea so that the tea is more foamy and pleasant to drink.
8. Prepare the glass you want to use, add the desired toppings to the glass (if any). Fill the glass with ice cubes until 1/3 of the glass is full.
9. Pour the tea contents from the martini shaker into a glass.
10. Milk Tea is ready to enjoy
