Genmaicha is a very popular tea drink in Japan, and its unique aroma of roasted rice gives it a comfortable and soothing impression when drunk.
Suggested Serving:
Use a ratio of 1gram of tea to 100ml of water.
The optimum brewing temperature for Japanese tea is 85'-90 C for Japanese green tea leaves, avoid boiling water.
